Project «Development workshops»
DL SOLUTION provides employees with wide opportunities to build a career both in regional branches of the company and at the head office
The workshop «Development workshops» of the career development center is aimed at the formation and development of management competencies of employees of the internal personnel reserve and HiPo of the company's head office.
The «Development workshops» project provides a unique opportunity for practical skill development in teamwork, group management, and public speaking, which requires a systematic approach and diligent work. In the first half of the year, employees of the internal personnel reserve of DL SOLUTION took part in the «Development workshops» of the Career Development Center.
The training process lasted for three months, during which the participants listened to a course of lectures, underwent theoretical training and worked out the tasks in practical groups. During the intensive training program, the participants also attended a master class of business coach Serhiy Bitkov. The final stage of the educational process was the defense of graduation projects.
During the defense, 3 teams presented their projects on the following topics:
- «Leadership. The role of personal responsibility»;
- «Information hygiene and information management skills - essential skills of today»;
- «Communication in business during wartime, the role of feedback».
Participants and invited experts evaluated the teams according to defined criteria. As a result of the feedback and scoring, the winning team was chosen and it was the team that presented the topic «Leadership. The role of personal responsibility».
The team approached the topic in an original way and managed to maintain focus until the end. Participants provided an extremely interesting discussion about the stages of leadership maturity, personal responsibility, choice, and the method of asking the right QBQ questions.
The «Development workshops» project provides unique opportunities to increase one's own professional experience, develop public speaking skills, wide opportunities for working in cross-functional teams, as well as for self-development and improvement.
