  • DL SOLUTION provides efficient and reliable logistics services across the entire territory of Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied areas).

  • To initiate the review process and conduct a preliminary assessment, please send a presentation of your proposal along with the following documents*:

    - Company registration documents (charter, extract and certificate from the Unified State Register, bank account, license);

    - Documents confirming the authority of the director or authorized signatory;

    - Extract from the Register of VAT Payers;

    - Certificates and permits for the products.

    *During the review process, the company may request additional documents or information. The list of required documents may vary depending on the legal form and ownership structure of the counterparty.

  • To start cooperation, please submit a request to conclude a supply agreement and provide the basic set of documents for verification*:

    - Company registration documents (extract and certificate from the Unified State Register, charter, bank account, license);

    - Licenses for retail (or wholesale) trade in tobacco products;

    - Documents confirming the authority of the director or authorized signatory;

    - Extract from the Register of VAT Payers;

    - Brief information about the retail chain or outlet (format, number of locations, operating region).

    After reviewing the submitted information, a company representative will contact you to clarify details and agree on cooperation terms.

    *During the verification process, the company may request additional documents or information. The list of required documents may differ depending on the legal form and ownership structure of the counterparty.
