DL SOLUTION provides efficient and reliable logistics services across the entire territory of Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied areas).
To initiate the review process and conduct a preliminary assessment, please send a presentation of your proposal along with the following documents*:
- Company registration documents (charter, extract and certificate from the Unified State Register, bank account, license);
- Documents confirming the authority of the director or authorized signatory;
- Extract from the Register of VAT Payers;
- Certificates and permits for the products.
*During the review process, the company may request additional documents or information. The list of required documents may vary depending on the legal form and ownership structure of the counterparty.

To start cooperation, please submit a request to conclude a supply agreement and provide the basic set of documents for verification*:
- Company registration documents (extract and certificate from the Unified State Register, charter, bank account, license);
- Licenses for retail (or wholesale) trade in tobacco products;
- Documents confirming the authority of the director or authorized signatory;
- Extract from the Register of VAT Payers;
- Brief information about the retail chain or outlet (format, number of locations, operating region).
After reviewing the submitted information, a company representative will contact you to clarify details and agree on cooperation terms.
