DL SOLUTION with the «Student Program» project joins the STUD-POINT employer ranking
DL SOLUTION continues to reinforce its status as a progressive employer by actively engaging with young professionals. The company participated in the TOP-25 Employers of Ukraine Open to Talents Under 25 ranking, organized by STUD-POINT. As part of the competition, DL SOLUTION presented its «Student Program» project, aimed at supporting students in educational institutions.
The «Student Program» is the company’s own initiative designed to provide young specialists – graduates of universities and specialized educational institutions – with practical experience and valuable knowledge in distribution, logistics, finance, and other fields within DL SOLUTION’s operations.
Throughout 2024, more than 16 students from different cities across Ukraine joined the program, gaining hands-on experience in various roles such as sales representative, administrative manager, order picker, data entry operator, vehicle driver, cashier, and accountant. Upon completion of the program, all participants were successfully employed by the company in their respective roles. Today, these young professionals continue to build their careers and are an integral part of the DL SOLUTION team.
Through initiatives like this, DL SOLUTION remains a competitive employer, creating new opportunities for young specialists and contributing to their successful start in professional life.
